CV maker questions
Is the KwachaJobs CV maker really free?
Yes. Creating your account, building and editing your CV, using the AI writing tools and previewing your CV are all free. If a small one-time fee applies to download the final PDF, the price is shown clearly before you pay, and you can pay with MTN, Airtel or Zamtel Mobile Money, or a card.
What is an ATS-friendly CV?
Many employers use an applicant tracking system (ATS) to read CVs automatically. An ATS-friendly CV uses a clean layout, standard headings and real text instead of images, so the software can read your skills and experience. Every KwachaJobs CV is built this way.
How does the AI CV builder help me?
AI can import your old CV from a PDF, rewrite your duties as achievement-focused bullet points, improve your professional summary, show how well you match a job, and draft a cover note. You review every suggestion before it is used.
Can I make a CV on my phone or on WhatsApp?
Yes. The CV builder works on any phone browser, and you can also build your CV by chatting with KwachaJobs on WhatsApp. Your finished CV is sent to you as a PDF.
What sections does the CV include?
Contact details, professional summary, skills, work experience, education, key projects, certifications and memberships, and references. Education, certifications and references each start on a new page for a tidy, professional layout.
Is my information safe?
Your CV is only shared with employers when you apply for their job. AI features are optional and only run after you turn them on.
